      Beijing Yatai Automobile Chassis System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Beijing Yatai”) is a joint venture established by Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yatai Electromechanical Co., Ltd. with the gross investment of RMB 40 million yuan.

      Beijing Yatai’s existing major products include the drum brake, parking brake and brake paddle. It will put into production the vacuum boosters with brake master cylinder, the clutch master cylinder, the clutch working cylinder, the front and rear car bridge and independent suspension system; in the later stage, it will focus on the development and production of auto module. According to the initial development plan, it is able to produce 400,000 drum brakes, 200,000 pedals, 200,000 vacuum boosters with brake master cylinder and 50,000 various car bridges every year. It is capable of providing various sedans, light and mini cars and medium passenger cars with the associated products, such as the brake system and module, etc.
Currently, Beijing Yatai mainly produces the associated products for Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive Co., Ltd., Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., Beijing Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Zhongshun Automotive Co., Ltd.
