      Yanfeng Visteon (Beijing) Automobile Trim System Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter “Yanfeng Visteon Beijing”) is jointly established by Yanfeng Visteon Automobile Trim System Co., Ltd. and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd., which holds 75% and 25% of the shares separately. The registered capital is RMB 80 million yuan. Presently, phase I and II project construction has completed. The completed fixed capital investment is RMB 176 million yuan. The completed building area is 20,446m2. The basic facilities, such as water, heating, power, electricity, etc. have been provided.

      Currently, Yanfeng Visteon Beijing mainly delivers the interior trims, such as the door sheet, instrument panel, carpet, rear rack etc. to Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. and Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive Co., Ltd..

      In March 2008, Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. transferred the shares it possesses, which is 25% of the stock equity of Yanfeng Visteon Beijing, to the newly established Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. in the form of capital investment. Therefore, Yanfeng Visteon Beijing’s two investors are Yanfeng Visteon (Beijing) Automobile Trim System Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.

      In 2007, Yanfeng Visteon Beijing’s sales income is RMB 485 million yuan. Yanfeng Visteon Beijing receives the favorable comment from numerous customers for high quality, service, technology and reasonable price. It has been awarded the excellent supplier of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company and Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.

      Yanfeng Visteon Beijing also gains social recognition. It has been awarded the “Labour Harmony Enterprise” by Beijing Federation of Trade Unions in 2005 and “Top 100 Enterprises with Economic Strength in Shunyi District” by Shunyi District Government consecutively in 2006 and 2007.
