      Visteon Auto Air-conditioning (Beijing) Co. Ltd. (hereinafter “Visteon Auto Air-conditioning”), established on November 29, 2002, is a Sino-foreign contractual joint venture of Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. and Korea Halla Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. with the gross investment of USD 29.80 million. It mainly specializes in the R&D, production and sales of auto air conditioning unit, heat radiator and the associated products. The fixed assets are RMB 500 million yuan. The occupied area is 63,000m2. Phase I project’s building area is 16,000m2. Currently, it has 390 employees, including 70 technical management personnel with junior college diploma and above.

      Visteon Auto Air-conditioning is the sole supplier of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company. Besides, it also delivers the associated products to Shandong Huatai Automotive Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yancheng Dongfenag Yueda KIA Automotive Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Chang An Automotive Co., Ltd. and exports products to Korea, America and Czechoslovakia. In 2008, it completes the production and sales of over 400,000 sets of air conditioning units, and the annual sales income reaches RMB 1 billion yuan. By 2010 it will complete the production and sales of 700,000 sets of air conditioning units.

      Visteon Auto Air-conditioning is the “High and New Technology Enterprise” approved by Beijing Science and Technology Commission, the “Advanced Technology Enterprise” approved by Beijing Commerce Bureau, the “Five-Star Supporting Enterprise” of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company and the “Top 100 Enterprises for Economic Strength” and the “Advanced Export Enterprise” of Shunyi District. It ranks among the “Top 10 Enterprises in Beijing” in 2007. The product technology catches up with the world’s advanced level.

      Visteon Auto Air-conditioning passes ISO/TS-16949 quality operation system and ISO/14001 environment system certification. It insists on the operation idea of “through continuous improvement, attain the highest customer satisfaction and build the world-famous brand”.
