It was jointly established by Tenneco Inc. and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. in 1995. According to the group development strategy of Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd., Beijing Tenneco is temporarily administrated by Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. at the present time.
