      Beijing Beiqi Guanghua Jietong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company jointly established by Shanghai Jiehua Automotive Trim Development Center, Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. and Beijing Beiqi Guanghua Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in December 2004. It is located in Shunyi District Auto City and occupies an area of 61 mou. Phase I project’s area is 8,500m2.

      The major products include: auto seat foam assembly, seat cover assembly and seat headrest assembly. The auto seat foam assembly is made from the elastic soft polyurethane material and is widely applied for all types of vehicles, including the sedan, jeep, SUV, coach, truck, etc. The seat cover assembly is applied for jeep and CUV.

      Presently, it owns 4 foam steam lines, 1 headrest product line and 29 sewing machines, including 10 DURKOPP sewing machines imported from Germany. In addition, it has the test equipment hardness, tensile strength and tearing strength test equipment.

      The major customers include Beijing Johnson Controls Automotive Components Co., Ltd., Beijing Guanghua Rongchang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Baoding Xincheng Automotive Development Co., Ltd. It also serves all main engine plants.
