According to Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd.’s long and mid-term development strategy of setting up auto parts platform and developing Beijing auto parts industry and building auto parts base, with the attention and support of Beijing Industrial Designing and Researching Institute, we determine to build the auto parts industry base in Daxing Caiyu and Shunyi Yangzhen through comparative study and make the field investigation and research.

Daxing Caiyu is a city-level industrial development zone in Beijing. It is located in the southeast of Yizhuang Development Zone. For phase I project, the usable land area is 1,400 mou, and it has complete basic facilities and supporting facilities. It is only 15km away from the plant of Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive Co., Ltd., so it is suitable for developing the associated supporting products, such as the seat (Johnson, Lear), air conditioner (Delphi), exhaust system (Tenneco), brake system (Yatai), variable transmission system (Beiqi Feichi) as well as plastic moulds and Mars Technology projects.

Shunyi Yangzhen is located in the east of Beijing, 17km away from Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, 20km away from Beijing Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and 45km away from Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.45km. The usable land area is 1,200 mou. It has complete basic facilities, and it is suitable for developing the associated supporting products, such as starter, electric generator, clutch and transmission shaft, etc. for Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, Beijing Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.

Presently, most of our projects serve Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive Co., Ltd., so the auto parts base mainly focuses on the main machine plants and projects. The base is divided into the southern part and the northern part. Daxing Caiyu auto parts base lies in the south and primarily serves Beijing Benz-DaimlerChrysler Automotive Co., Ltd. and is oriented to the Circum-Bohai Sea area; Shunyi Yangzhen auto parts base lies in the north and primarily serves Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd., Beijing Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
