Beijing automotive industry actively applies the group development strategy and energetically develops the automotive industry chain. In particular, the front-end auto parts industry is an important part of it. To develop the auto parts industry, we must establish the leading auto parts enterprises with strong strength and competitive power and realize the interaction and interlink of the industries.

The founding of Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Hainachuan”) is the new base point for the span development and the group, internationalization and brand development of Beijing auto parts industry and even Beijing automotive industry; it is the new achievement of Beijing automotive industry who practically implements the spirit of the “17th Party Congress” and the Second Session of the 10th Beijing Municipal Party Committee Meeting, adheres to the scientific development view and forcefully promotes the group development strategy in the last year; it is also a new practice of Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. and Beijing State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. for the promotion of the sustainable development of the capital city’s industrial economy.

Through the entrepreneurial development of over half a century, the automobile industry of Beijing has formed its entire-car product system with a full set of varieties of sedan cars, cars for commercial purpose and cross-country cars, and a reasonable structure of cars of high, medium and low grades. In 2010, the automobile industry of Beijing will realize its grand goal of the capability to produce two million cars. To realize this goal,  Xu Heyi, board chairman of Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. has put forward the strategy of "choosing the road of grouping, realizing leaping-forward development".  Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Company Ltd. thus came into existence according to the trend.
